On-location services are available throughout Jacksonville, Florida, across the United States, and internationally. Travel fees are quoted per artist and are based on your event location, travel time, accommodations, and scheduling requirements. Please contact Jamila Sade for a personalized travel quote.

For the best experience, each artist will need a dedicated workspace with access to an electrical outlet. We will provide our own table, chair, and professional lighting to ensure a smooth, efficient hair and makeup experience on your wedding day or photoshoot.

If valet parking or garage validation is required at your venue, hotel, or location, it is the client’s responsibility to provide or cover valet parking for each artist. We travel with professional lighting, tools, and equipment, and convenient access helps ensure a smooth setup while protecting our equipment from weather and unnecessary transport. If valet parking is not available, please provide detailed parking instructions, including gate codes, parking garage or lot information, driveway access, and the best entrance for unloading.
